What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?

The minimum age to rent is 21. Renters ages 21–24 may be subject to a $200 Young Driver Fee and must be approved by RevTek Rentals. Drivers 25 and older are eligible without restriction. The maximum rental age is 78.

Is there a required interval between bookings?

Yes. A minimum of 2 hours is required between the end of one trip and the start of another to allow for inspection and preparation.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes. We reward longer rentals with built-in discounts and offer seasonal promotions throughout the year. Ask about our current offers at the time of booking. Longer term rental discounts include:

— 3+ days: 5% off.

— 7+ days: 10% off.

— 15+ days: 15% off.

— 30+ days: 20% off.

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

The minimum rental period is 2 days. The maximum rental period is 30 days for first time renters. Rentals longer than 3 weeks may require a new rental agreement. Extensions may be arranged upon request.

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

Florida state sales tax of 7.38% is applied to all rentals. Coupons or promotional codes must be applied at the time of booking. Additional fees (such as for mileage, equipment, or cleaning) will be clearly itemized in your contract.

How many miles are included with the rental?

— Each rental includes 250 miles per day. Weekly rentals include 1,750 miles, and monthly rentals include 3,000 miles. Unlimited mileage packages are available upon request.

— Additional miles are billed at $0.25–$0.35 per mile, depending on vehicle class.

What are your standard business hours?

Our standard operating hours are 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday through Saturday and 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Sunday.

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees for each?

— Within 25 miles: $50 fee for rentals under one week. Free delivery for rentals one week or longer.

— Over 25 miles: Available on a case-by-case basis. Please call for a quote.

— Airport Delivery: Available upon request with advanced notice.

— Other locations (e.g., downtown or special events): $125 one-way.

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-up and return times are scheduled during business hours. At least 24-hour notice is required for all deliveries and returns.

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

Yes. Custom deliveries must be arranged in advance and agreed to by RevTek Rentals. Scheduling is subject to availability.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Yes, with advanced notice. After-hours service may include an additional fee.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

— Young Driver Fee: $200 for ages 21–24 (requires approval).

— Prepaid Fuel Option: $55 (return car empty).

— Refueling Fee: $15 plus cost of fuel if returned less than full.

— Late Return Fee: $25 for every 4 hours late.

— Retrieval Fee: $100 if the vehicle must be collected by RevTek Rentals.

Do you offer additional equipment or services? Are there any related fees?

Yes. Items such as child seats, GPS devices, and phone mounts are available upon request. Fees vary by item.

What is the cost for an additional driver?

Additional drivers may be added for $25. There is no charge if the additional driver is the spouse of the primary renter and is on the same insurance policy. Each additional driver must meet the same license and insurance requirements as the primary renter.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

All vehicles are strictly non-smoking (including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vaping). A $200 cleaning fee will be applied if any evidence of smoking is detected.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

Yes. All vehicles are equipped with an EZ Pass toll device. Renters are responsible for all tolls incurred during their trip, as well as any parking violations or tickets. Toll invoices may take 30–60 days to process and will be billed directly to you, plus a $5 administrative fee.

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

We do our best to deliver every vehicle spotless. We understand that vehicles may come back with normal signs of use such as light dirt or dust — that’s expected and there’s no fee. Cleaning fees are only applied when a vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty condition beyond normal use. Examples include:

— Moderate Cleaning ($50): minor dirt, sand, odors or small spills.

— Heavy Cleaning ($100): Strong odors, large stains, or significant dirt or bug debris.

— Beach Trips ($125): If sand requires a full detail.

— Severe Cleaning ($150+): Full detailing or steam cleaning required due to major spills or damage.

— Pet Hair Removal ($150): For vehicles returned with excessive pet hair.

🐶 We love pets, but please keep them at home — our rentals must stay fur-free.

🚭 Absolutely no smoking. Covering it up with sprays won’t work — if we smell it, the $200 fee applies.
